The Company
Our client is a growing international payments company and a leading name in the Fintech sector.

Due to a rapidly expanding client base, they are looking for a motivated graduate to support their London Sales Team.


Responsibilities

  • Helping clients with FX rates and account enquiries
  • Adding new beneficiaries
  • Liaising between clients and our compliance team to ensure all documentation is in line
  • Answering the phone and taking diligent phone messages
  • Working closely with all other departments of the business
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

Competencies & Experience

  • Degree level education is preferable.
  • Excellent written communication and verbal presentation skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proactive work ethic
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability and desire to learn new skills quickly
  • Career progression supported
  • Flexible working 3 days in the London office per week

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00 per year
