We are currently looking for a full time or part time chef / cook to join our team, plus hours per week.

Current working days will be Thursday - Monday (Tuesday and Wednesday days off). Working hours are 09:00 - 17:30 in the week and 08:30 - 17:00 at weekends. More flexibility will be available going forwards.


Previous kitchen catering experience is essential (this needs to be within a busy establishment; ie pub, hotel, leisure industry, etc and experience of working to a ticket system).

Minimum NVQ Level 2

The job role will include (but is not limited to) the following:
Cooking/preparing hot & cold food

Preparing party food

Adhering to health and safety policies

Completing daily kitchen checks and ensuring all records are up to date

Keeping kitchen clean and to a high standard ensuring all policies are followed

Able to work at a fast pace and under pressure

All manner of Cleaning Duties

Working both on an individual an team basis.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
Up to £13.00 per hour
