This is a full-time position for a 12 month fixed term contract, with working hours of 9.30am -5.30pm, usually based out of our London office with some home working too.

The team
Our team is based across our offices in London and Bristol, working closely together on matters. The group has a first rate domestic client base and continues to develop an international reputation.

We act for investors, developers and contractors with a keen focus and strategy based on our core industry sectors that link all of our service delivery together for our clients.

In this team that is primarily through Energy & Utilities, Real Estate & Infrastructure and Transport & Automotive.


We have traditionally acted for blue chip companies, Government entities, utilities, rail operators, property developers, contractors, professionals and private individuals.

For example, we are on the Engie and Siemens panels for construction work, with other key clients and relationships including WPD, M&G Real Estate, Balfour Beatty and Civitas Living, BDW, Octopus Renewables, Vistry, Innogy, UK Power Networks and Centrica.

Other key areas of expertise include handling disputes arising out of major projects (including PFI) both in the UK and internationally and managing project risk through the construction and operation phases of a wide variety of assets types


What you'll do


One of the main responsibilities of this role is to support the team with the billing process and other financial aspects for key clients working closely with a Senior PA based in London and a PA based in Bristol, our accounts team and our credit control team.


The role will also include the following responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the International Sector leader for one of our key sectors working closely with the Marketing & Sales team and other practice areas and service lines across the firm
  • Diary management, setting up meetings, booking meeting rooms and identifying/booking venues for client lunches and dinners
  • Research and book train, air tickets and hotel accommodation
  • Complete expense reclaim forms and other online finance forms
  • Add/amend contact details on InterAction (our Marketing Database) and add Activity Reports
  • Support the team with Business Development initiatives and marketing events
  • Assist with file opening, closing and the archiving process
  • Scan, bind, photocopy and print documents when necessary
  • Draft correspondence, amend and format documents
  • Assist with ad hoc IT queries and liaise with the IT team to resolve these issues
  • Proactively identify opportunities, actively contribute and be involved in adhoc projects as necessary for the team
  • Develop and maintain exemplary positive internal and external client and PA relationships
