Responsibilities:
Campaign Conductor:
- Leverage datadriven insights to target specific audiences and maximize ROI, including expertise in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Optimize campaign performance through marketing automation tools and continuous data analysis.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging trends, competitor activities, and innovative strategies.
Content Craftmaster:
- Contribute to crafting engaging and informative content that resonates with our target audience, including website copy, blog posts, social media captions, etc.
- Align content with brand voice and overall marketing strategy.
- Track performance and leverage data to refine content for optimal engagement and impact.
Collaborative Champion:
- Partner seamlessly with design, sales, and other teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Maintain clear communication and effectively articulate campaign goals, results, and recommendations.
- Thrive in a collaborative environment.
Growth Guru:
- Embrace continuous learning and stay ahead of the digital marketing curve by exploring new trends and techniques.
- Experiment with innovative approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness and content engagement.
- Contribute your unique voice and ideas to shape our digital marketing strategy and brand narrative.
Qualifications:
- 35 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role, with a demonstrably strong portfolio.
- Proven success in developing and managing datadriven marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign management.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a talent for crafting engaging and informative content.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to stay ahead of industry trends and embrace innovative strategies.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fastpaced environment.
