We are looking for an experienced Creditor Liaison Officer to join our team.

Creditor Liaison Officer Role:

Providing advice from commencement to closure in respect of any payment queries
Managing daily reports and being proactive with following up on arrears, payment breaks, changes in circumstances and catchup arrangements
Ensuring a positive customer experience by using negotiation, communication, and active listening skills
Thorough fact finding to ensure solutions provided are appropriate based upon individual circumstances
Understanding of vulnerable customer needs and be able to sensitively handle challenging calls as required

Creditor Liaison Officer Experience:

Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Selfmotivation and ability to multitask.
Strong numeracy skills.
Negotiation and objection handling skills.
Excellent time management, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to manage different processes independently.
Can adapt well to change and prepared to learn new skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
