  • Are you an experienced Scrum Master looking for an exciting challenge?What you'll be doing
  • Lead a crossfunctional team utilising the Scrum framework for the delivery of key digital products.
  • Facilitate Scrum events; release and sprint planning, daily standup, show & tell, refinement and retrospective.
  • Identify, manage and remove teamlevel impediments, prevent distractions that interfere with sprint goals. Develop clear and concise escalation points.
  • Provide transparency and visibility by tracking and reporting teamlevel delivery metrics. Radiate information.
  • Drive the adoption of engineering practices such as testdriven development, pairprogramming, automated testing and continuous delivery to improve quality and reliability of the team's deliverables.
  • Strive for continuous improvement across engineering processes and practices.
  • Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution, empower the team to selforganise and manage.
What we're looking for- We would love to see experience on leading and shaping agile teams operating in a scaled Agile environment (e.g. SAFE).

  • Experience working with a mix of fully dedicated and partially aligned resource in Dev teams.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring diverse teams and senior stakeholders in the Scrum framework and desirable to have experience of other agile tools, practices and systems such as Kanban.
  • Demonstrable experience and a good grasp of managing teams, specifically managing conflict within the teams with the ability to foster strong relationships with product owners.
