Description

The employee will be expected to perform the following tasks;

  • Purchase Ledger Duties using Sage 200
  • Checking Invoices
  • Coding invoices correctly
  • Departmental reporting
  • Preparing and processing Payment Runs
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • General Office Administration
  • Any other Ad Hoc tasks in line with business requirements

Person specification

  • Experience in Purchase Ledger
  • Sage 200 experience
  • Methodical with good attention to detail
  • Financially minded
  • IT skills including Excel
  • Ability to work well alone, in teams and with other employees
