Description
The employee will be expected to perform the following tasks;
- Purchase Ledger Duties using Sage 200
- Checking Invoices
- Coding invoices correctly
- Departmental reporting
- Preparing and processing Payment Runs
- Bank Reconciliations
- General Office Administration
- Any other Ad Hoc tasks in line with business requirements
Person specification
- Experience in Purchase Ledger
- Sage 200 experience
- Methodical with good attention to detail
- Financially minded
- IT skills including Excel
- Ability to work well alone, in teams and with other employees
