Our client is one of the most recognised media brands in the world


A new role has arisen for a brilliant individual to join their Products team, driving the global expansion of the company's IP franchises, characters and stories through innovative physical and digital products, content and consumer experiences.


They are looking for someone with consumer and commercial experience, preferably from a media, multinational toy, apparel or FMCG background.

You will line manage 2 junior lawyers, supervising and overseeing their work, whilst managing your own independent workload.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing firstrate advice to the marketing, product development, creative, and finance teams, in collaboration with the tax, compliance, finance and other internal teams.
  • Negotiating a high volume of IP license and service agreements associated with the licensing, distribution, promotion and marketing of toys, apparel, books and other consumer goods.
