Spectrum IT's Southampton based client are looking to recruit a Contract IT/Software Training Specialist to join them on an initial 6 month contract.
This is a hybrid working role requiring the contractor to attend office sites in Southampton when required so being local to the area will be key The role has been deemed OUTSIDE IR35.
Key responsibilities
- Work with the Business Change Manager to create training needs analyses.
- Create and agree suitable training approaches and obtain approval from key business stakeholders.
- Design, setup and deliver appropriate training to endusers within agreed time frames (both Face to Face and remote training)
- Create training/learning support documents such as training guides/manuals, quick reference guides, eLearning etc
- Evaluate training and deliver any topop training as needed.
- Review existing training material and enduser training needs for live functionality and update as needed, working with the business areas.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience of training design and delivery in a large organisation for IT implementations
- Experience in creation of eLearning and detailed training manuals
- Able to successfully deliver training to a wide variety of end users
- Able to plan and organise appropriate training in line with business and project timescales
- Able to understand training needs of new system implementations, taking into account all stakeholders across the organisation
- Qualified trainer / Appropriate training qualifications
- Experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Conversant with Microsoft Office apps and Teams
