Portsmouth - Hybrid working available.

Lead Forensics are one of the fastest growing software companies in the world.

We can identify other businesses who have been visiting our client's websites and help them convert these passive visitors into actionable leads.

We know that every business-to-business organisation can benefit from the leads our product generates. We are looking for you to join our business supporting the Customer Support team as 1st Line Support.

A little about the role, you will be;

  • Providing exceptional support to our internal users
  • Responding to all issues in a timely, efficient, and empathetic manner
  • Ensuring all tickets are accurately recorded on our ticketing system (Zendesk)
  • Resolving issues using your own investigative thinking
  • Utilising our established process and online community content
  • Liaising with our IT, CRM, and Data Verification teams
  • Attending support meetings and help the team achieve its overall goals

A little about you:

  • Previous experience working in 1st line support
  • Able to manage time, prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Previous experience within a SaaS/software or B2B environment
  • You have excellent customer service skills as well as verbal, written and interpersonal communication
  • Able to work independently and as a team
  • High attention to detail and being able to work accurately with comprehensive processes is essential to success
  • Experience working towards individual and team targets

Salary:
£21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
