Due to expansion we need to recruit a Trainee Retail Stocktake Team Leader based in The Medway Towns or surrounding areas.

This is a new role as we creating a new Medway Team.

The person we are looking for will ether be;
an experienced Retail Stocktake Team Leader/Supervisor with barcode scanning stocktaking experience

or

someone with retail/wholesale experience with an understanding of barcode scanning stocktakes and the use of barcode scanners

The successful applicant will be responsible (after 1 to 2 months of training) for running stocktakes for us throughout Kent, The South East and will also work in and around London.

They will initially work closely with our other teams, then after training they will work with their own team of stocktakers.

Good training and support is provided at all times.

The working day varies, working in a different place virtually every day, counting different types of stock for a variety of great clients.

Most of our stocktakes are early morning starts, mainly Monday to Friday.

You will need to have use of a reliable car - all expenses are covered plus tax free mileage reimbursement.

We have been providing stocktaking services throughout The UK since 1988 and this is a great opportunity to join Abacus Valuers and become part of our fantastic team of people.

The starting salary is £21,500 then rising to £23,000 after the initial 1 to 2 months training.

Interviews will take place soon and applicants will have the opportunity to come to a stocktake and shadow one of our experienced Team Leaders.

You'll be able to meet some of our people and see what we are all about. We want to fill this position promptly but we are happy to agree a mutually convenient start date.
