Area Mortgage Manager - Worthing / Portsmouth / Isle of Wight
Basic £50K OTE £85K PLUS Car PLUS Benefits

This is a fabulous position where you will be running, coaching and managing your team of Mortgage Advisors to achieve our desired business levels and beyond.

You will work alongside some of our top performers who are passionate about our business and worktirelessly to ensure our customers receive the best possible service at all times.

Previous managerial experience
Ability to motivate and inspire others
Proven background in mortgage advice and sales
Excellent ability to build rapport
Exceptional communication skills
CEMAP qualified (or equivalent)
