There's no doubt about it, Bar and Waiting jobs are fast-paced, but they are also great fun. You'll be the face of Marston's, welcoming customers with a smile and looking after them throughout their visit. Cheerful, energetic and enthusiastic, you love the hustle and bustle of pub service.

As part of the Bar and Waiting team you'll:

Create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere
Be knowledgeable when taking orders, serve and upsell our fantastic food and drinks
Be passionate about providing brilliant customer service
Care about the wider team, turning your hand to support wherever needed.

We're not looking for experience - although it would be great if you had some - as we'll provide all the training you'll need to get you up to speed with how we like things done.

What we do need are hardworking, team players bursting with personality and a passion for people.
