Due to continued organisational growth and development opportunities for our current staff, we are recruiting for Support Workers to join our Staff Teams.

Supporting vulnerable and complex children/young adults in a range of locations - in and out of their home.


About the job role as a Support Worker:
As a Support Worker, you will be key in helping our young people with everyday living. The Young person's have experienced significant abuse and trauma in their early lives. This is a challenging role, but the rewards are incomparable to any other job.

You will be working in an environment where the little things that you do every day could have life-changing results on the young people in our care.

Your ambition for the people you support will help them take steps to fulfilling their potential.


We specialises in providing best-in-class care and support for children and young people who have behaviours that may challenge and mental health needs.

Salary and Benefits
- £18.00-£22.00 ph

  • 12 hour shifts Day and waking nights.

Required Skills:


  • The ability to communicate clearly and sensitively when talking to people and their families.
  • Good listening skills.
  • Great problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt and act accordingly to situations.
  • Good time management skills to be able to support the needs of multiple people.
  • The ability to keep up with changing standards and codes of conduct in the social care sector.
  • The ability to work both alone and as part of a team.
  • A high level of patience and emotional resilience.
  • Being empathetic towards everyone.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • A nonjudgemental attitude regardless of a person's needs.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and when dealing with challenging situations.
  • Loyal & honest
  • Forwardthinking with a flexible approach.
  • Able to follow instruction & direction.
  • Full UK Driving License
**Subject to ENHANCED DBS and satisfactory refernces.

Part-time hours: 24 per week
