Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and responsible Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and products to various locations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys driving and wants to be part of a dynamic team.


Duties:

• Safely and efficiently transport goods and products to designated locations
• Load and unload items from the delivery vehicle
• Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the dispatcher
• Communicate with customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle, reporting any issues or maintenance needs
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle
• Assist with warehouse duties as needed, including organizing inventory and preparing items for delivery
• Perform heavy lifting as required

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred
• Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and best practices
• Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including vans and trucks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
• Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and long hours of driving

No more than 20 per week

Experience:

• Delivery driver experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Driving: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
