We have an exciting opportunity for a customer focused Sales Administrator to join a busy and growing Sales Admin team.
Family run business with 20 years plus years' experience, they design and implement refurbishments, increasing storage capacity. This rolewill be to undertake all aspects of the sales order admin. A key part of the role will be to liaise with customers, production planning and reading CAD Designs, producing quotations and estimates for clientsWorking within the Sales Department, the Sales Administrator will ultimately be responsible for managing incoming sales orders; entering them onto the SAGE system and preparing despatch notes reading CAD drawings, preparing Excel spreadsheets
Sales Administrator Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate and efficient sales order processing, including quoting, dealing with queries, and raising orders.
- Arranging distribution of orders (as required) and coordination with customer for Exworks orders, ensuring close liaison with transport partner ourselves and communication through to our customers
- Secure unambiguous and correct order management between Customer, Sales and Production
- Customer satisfaction (order enquiry through to order execution)
- Working closely with Sales Managers and Production Management
- As part of internal sales and service admin team cover across customers/brands/functions during times of illness, absence, holidays and workload demands
- Prep of sales estimates, taking payments, loading jobs for servicing agreements
- Reading CAD drawings, implementing excel spreadsheets.
- Weekly reporting tasks
The successful Sales Administrator will have: -:
- Commercial experience particularly in a similar sales administration role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Advanced numeracy skills (MUST)
- Strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills (MUST)
- Proven administrative skills working within a fastpaced environment
- Previous Sales administration or sales order processing skills
- Strong in building relationships and able to communicate at all levels
- Team player, and able to work on own initiative
- Methodical in approach to tasks
- Customer Service skills to a high standard they want someone who strives to be the best for their customers.
