Role Overview:


As a Founder Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various aspects of our business operations, working directly with the CEO to drive our vision forward.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain exposure to all facets of a business, contributing to its growth trajectory while broadening your skill set.


Responsibilities include:


  • Assist in fundraising efforts by conducting market research, preparing pitch decks, and liaising with potential investors.
  • Engage in grant writing activities to secure funding for research and development initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Support commercialisation and sales efforts by conducting market analyses, identifying key opportunities, and contributing to strategic decisionmaking.
  • Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and networking opportunities, fostering relationships with key opinion leaders and industry professionals.
  • There is potential for overseas travel to expand our global presence and explore partnership opportunities in international markets.
  • Embrace the dynamic nature of the role, understanding that tasks and priorities may evolve rapidly, and be prepared to adapt accordingly.

Qualifications:


  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy, taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects independently.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for healthcare technology innovation and a desire to make a meaningful impact on patient care.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Possibly previous experience in a startup environment or exposure to entrepreneurship
