Claims Account Executive - Milton Keynes, United Kingdom - Matt Burton
Description
Role & Responsibilities- Provide a best in class client account management
- Develop existing relationships in order to both understand and satisfy client needs
- Report on claim patterns and trends, offering insights and solutions
- Deliver against agreed SLAs
- Maintain compliance at all times
- Prior existing managing key clients in an insurance environment (e.g. TPA or brokerage or claims management / claims solutions)
- Good understanding of insurance claims, though claims handling experience not essential
- Strong communication skills
- Insurance related qualification (e.g. CII, CILA)
