Role Outline


Green-tech is the UKs largest landscaping supplier, providing quality landscaping materials and wholesale garden supplies for landscaping contractors, architects, designers and landowners.

This role will require high levels of problem solving with data input.


Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of accuracy
  • Follow the no account process
  • Ensure that online orders are progressed in good time
  • Deal with incoming calls from the website(s)
  • Deal with any issues which arise in a timely manner
  • Be aware of our company vision and aims
  • Be customer focused
  • Learn and develop skills
  • Work to agreed key performance indicators
  • Ensure sales quotations are kept up to date
  • Follow process to log issues and complaints
  • Follow process on lost sales quotations
  • Ensure all work is checked
  • Keep SAP Up to date
