Description
**Full Time, Fixed term for 12 months.

Bristol Educational Psychology Service is an innovative and values-based service which has undergone significant growth and development in response to an increased demand for our services.

We are looking for new colleagues, within a range of roles across our service, who are motivated and creative practitioners who are keen to work in a thriving and diverse city.

In addition to core statutory work (which includes EHCNA contributions as well as a variety of work supporting our students with EHCPs), we have an established and expanding traded offer as well as contributing to city wide initiatives.

We promote psychology in diverse and exciting ways including ELSA, MeLSA, DfE accredited Senior Mental Health Lead Training, therapeutic work (including ACT and VIG/VERP) and contributing to strategic work across the city including parent partnership work, supporting the graduated response, work developing SEND systems and processes and work with our ALP team.

We value autonomy and promote shared leadership across the team. All EPs have time to develop areas of interest, establishing new initiatives and projects. Being a city-based service, we are a well-connected supportive team who frequently come together for work and social gatherings. We have strong links with universities and Trainee EPs.

We offer a comprehensive induction programme and excellent ICT to support flexible working. You will need to be a self-motivated well organised, innovative and committed individual, with a good understanding of psychology. You will be working closely with educational psychologists, families and educational settings to deliver psychological services. This will include report writing and working with young people, families and setting staff.
