**The Company:- **Although not an exhaustive list, the role would encompass the following duties:Organise repairs for all properties, seeing the repair through from start to finish, including getting photographs from the completed job
Liaise with contractors
Liaise with Landlords/Tenants
Organise and carry out check in and check out inspections
Carry out inventory
Liaise with the Lettings Manager with the return of deposits
Market properties through the website, window cards, social media and any other forms of marketing which you are requested to do
Chase late rent payments
Ensuring the database and computer files for landlords, properties and tenants are kept up to date
Ensuring all paper files are kept up to date from the commencement to the end of each tenancy.
Any other reasonable duties which you are asked to do by the Director of the Company or Lettings/Office Manager.
Knowledge of IT systems such as Microsoft Word and Excel and databases
Knowledge of websites and social media
Knowledge of lettings and the regulations of lettings is essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Trustworthy and genuine persona
Able to work in a fast paced and stressful environment
Excellent communicator, verbally, written and face to face, with a smart, cheerful and professional appearance

- A-Level or equivalent (required)
Experience:
Property Management: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred but not compulsory)

£21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
