Description:


We are currently recruiting for a leading haulage company based in Southampton who are seeking an administrator to join their traffic office team.

The admin role is full-time, permanent and paying up to £28,000 per year.

Your week would be 40 hours, Monday to Friday with working hours between 7am -5pm.


Your responsibilities would include:

  • Dealing with queries and investigating customer complaints
  • Manage fuel cards and driver fines
  • Log insurance claims and ensure everything is updated on the system
  • Work alongside the traffic office planners
