Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children with Special Educational Needs? Are you looking to kickstart a rewarding career in education? If so, we have multiple full-time positions available for SEN Teaching Assistants at our SEN schools in Bournemouth and Poole.


As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with children who have a range of special educational needs, including autism, learning difficulties, and communication disorders.

You will play a crucial role in supporting the students' educational, social, and emotional development, helping them to reach their full potential.

We are looking for individuals who are resilient, determined, professional, empathetic, and patient.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred - it could be in social care, support work, guide leading, activity clubs, disability charities, or any other relevant background.

What is most important is your passion for working with children with special educational needs and your willingness to learn and grow in the role.

These positions are available to start immediately or from April 2024, and can be offered on a long-term, temp-to-perm, or permanent basis.
