    Description

    HFG are partnering with a specialist insurer to find their next Financial Controls Manager. This role involves monitoring and implementing new accounting and regulatory developments under various regulatory environments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Lead resources and processes that maintain, enhance, and report the entity-wide financial control environment.
    2. Oversee teams responsible for recording, documenting, and testing financial controls in line with SOX and other regulatory requirements.
    3. Present audit reports to the Senior Leadership Team and the Audit Committee.

    This position requires a qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of insurance accounting, SII reporting, and accounting principles.
