Cultivating positive and trusting relationships with pupils and their parents/carers.

Implementing individual education plans and behavior management strategies.

Monitoring and documenting the progress and accomplishments of SEN pupils.

Collaborating with professionals such as the SENCO, educational psychologists, speech and language therapists, and occupational therapists.

To thrive as a Teaching Assistant, you'll need:
A genuine passion for working with pupils and enhancing their learning experiences.

The ability to work with children with special educational needs, coupled with a dedication to inclusion and diversity.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

A positive, patient, and adaptable attitude.

A valid DBS check on the update service or a willingness to obtain one.

In return, we offer:
A competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

A supportive and collaborative work environment.

A thorough induction and training program.

Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

Various benefits, including a pension scheme, cycle-to-work scheme, and employee assistance program.
