About the Position:

We are looking for an Equity Options Trade Execution Specialist to help us with new and existing client trading-related workflows and the execution of all client option trades.

The right person for this role will be an analytical thinker who enjoys working on a highly motivated team with a culture of trust, respect, and collaboration.

About You:

510 years of experience in an execution trading or brokerage/account management role and extensive knowledge of all forms of options quoting and execution
Familiarity with the Eurex system, including experience with crossing Eurex trade and good knowledge of Eurex symbology
Excellent communication and people skills; enjoys working collaboratively
Able to manage multiple futures orders/executions at once
Numerate and comfortable working with data
Able to plan, think critically, and implement ideas in a fastchanging environment
Motivated and competitive with a desire for continuous improvement
Experienced teaching others and learning new techniques
Attentive to detail, organised, and thorough
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Fluency in English required
