FlipFix Ltd is a sales company based in Leicestershire selling FlipFix Access Panels into the construction markets of the UK, Europe and the USA.

We are looking for an Sales Administrator to join our close-knit, friendly team to help us develop and grow the FlipFix business.

You will be comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst still maintaining a professional and approachable manner. You will enjoy working as part of a team and have excellent communication skills.

Continual training and personal development will be offered to ensure you progress with the growth of FlipFix Ltd.

• Demonstrable customer service skills
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Computer literate in using Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• The ability to build relationships internally and externally.
• Previous experience in a construction background would be desirable but not essential.

About the Role
As a Sales Administrator, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Raising quotations, sales orders and invoices.
• Communicating with our network of suppliers and couriers.
• Offering support to management when required.
• You will report directly to the Sales Director and Office Manager.

Working Hours:

Monday - Thursday 09:00 - 17:00

Friday 09:00 - 16:00

On occasions you may be required to come in early or stay late, especially in our busy periods.

Holiday: 25 days (4 days used for Christmas) + your birthday off on us
