Are you a driven and client-focused financial professional looking for an exciting opportunity? We invite you to become a part of a Leading IFA's team as an Independent Financial Adviser.

In this role, you will have the chance to not only service and expand an existing client portfolio but also contribute to their financial success and independence.

Competitive salary £50,000 - £75,000

Uncapped earnings potential with business expenses covered and reimbursed.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide transparent and compliant advice, ensuring clients understand services and advised products.

Continuously improve the quality of advice and client files.

Stay current with changing client needs, financial circumstances, and legislative shifts.

Acquire and develop new business from existing clients, professional introducers, referrals, and lead generation.

Utilise marketing opportunities, including social media and networking, to drive new business.

Cultivate and maintain client and introducer relationships through meetings, seminars, and continuous feedback.

Conduct meetings in various settings, both in-person and virtually, to review clients' financial situations and provide tailored advice.

What We're Looking For:
Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or FCA approved equivalent), maintaining CF30 status.

Strong client-centric approach with excellent communication skills and dedication to clients' best interests.

Interpersonal skills, approachability, and professionalism.

Experience in networking, business development, and client acquisition.

Ability to embrace digital communication methods to engage with clients.
