Care Training Facilitator - MUST BE NMC REGISTERED

Salary - £35,000 per annum plus car allowance

Location - Home Based with travel across the regions. (Yorks, N.E. & N.W.)

**Can also be based in our modern Head Office in Harrogate

The Role


As a Training Facilitator you will be delivering inspiring, in-depth, evidence-based, bespoke care and clinical training to teams across our homes.

Throughout you will be empowering people to provide care that enables people living in Orchard Care Homes to thrive and live life to the full.


The training content has been developed in house and is sector leading in its breadth of content and overarching, transformative approach.

You will be delivering this training but more than that, you will have knowledge and experience which enables you to bring the theory to life and support teams with specific scenarios they raise.

About You


We are looking for someone who can connect with others easily in order that you are able to drive our learning and development strategy.

You will have experience delivering clinical training in care settings, an understanding of where improvements are needed and genuine passion to assist people to develop professionally in order to make a difference to the people living in our care homes.

You will have qualifications / experience in training delivery / teaching / mentoring and adult care are preferred.

You will need to be able to manage training delivery planning with flexibility at times and prepared to travel across all regions within Orchard.


Essential:

NMC Registered

Driver with access to own car (car allowance and mileage included)

Experienced in delivering adult care training and coaching

Please note that all of our positions require an Enhanced DBS check paid for by the company

Design and develop learning materials and activities that meet the needs of the organisation.

Deliver learning and development programmes to employees.

Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development activities.

Provide feedback to employees on their performance.

Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors to ensure quality delivery of training materials.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends in learning and development.

Monitor employee progress and provide guidance on how to improve performance.
