JOB TITLE:
Experienced Cook & Café Assistants (Part-time / Casual)


RESPONSIBLE TO:
Centre Manager

Todds Leap currently have a number of vacancies in the Catering Team.

We are looking for a Cook (previous catering experience required) and also have a number of opportunities for Café Assistants (training provided).

These roles will have flexible part-time hours, but will require weekend working.


Summary of Main Duties:


  • Preparation of hot and cold meals for restaurant
  • Taking customer orders & serving food/drinks
  • Organising seating, welcoming guests
  • Clearing tables
  • Operation of till
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene
  • Washing dishes
  • For the Cook position, experience of stock ordering, rotation and food hygiene procedures are desirable
This list is not exhaustive and additional duties may be required.


Skills/Qualities Required:


  • Have the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Have excellent customer service skills - previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential, with catering experience
    essential for the Cook position
  • Have a high regard for neatness and cleanliness
  • Be a fluent English speaker

Rates of Pay:


  • Cook £12 £15 p/hour


  • Café Assistants

  • Negotiable depending upon experience

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
£8.00-£15.00 per hour
