£35,000 / £38,000

What we are looking for


It would be best to have experience working in a 2nd or 3rd Line support role as part of a helpdesk environment.

This role would suit a confident 2nd Line Support Engineer who is looking for a new role and wants to develop further their skillset or someone already working in a 3rd Line Support position with more infrastructure support experience.

The ideal 3

Line Engineer will have:


  • 3 Years minimum experience working in a helpdesk environment.
  • Experience working in 2nd Line or 3rd Line Support
  • A solid understanding of Windows OS and Windows Server Administration
  • Microsoft 365 Troubleshooting and Support
  • Active Directory User and Group Policy Management
  • Microsoft Exchange on Premise and Online
  • Network troubleshooting, including TCP/IP Protocols, DNS and DHCP
  • Network hardware troubleshooting, including Routing and Switching
  • Hyper V / VMware support and management of virtualised environments
