Interim Finance Lead - SC Implementation

Pay rate £380.40 per day PAYE

This opening assignment is for 3 months Day-to-day activities include areas such as influencing and facilitating decision making in respect of finance configuration within the solution design, process design for finance operations within a local government context, contributing and supporting the required change activity to adopt a new solution and ways of working, and direction of data migration and testing for finance-related data

ITQ 2 or equivalent ICT skills and abilities demonstrating significant experience in related IT systems
Expert knowledge of relevant policy, systems, work practices, professional guidelines, legislation and a good understanding of emerging developments in the area of specialism
Good knowledge of the wider sector / external influences
Detailed operational knowledge of systems in terms of functionality, capability and availability
Experience of managing projects with service / organisation impact
Excellent interpersonal, persuasion, influencing and negotiating skills
Excellent planning and organisational skills, with proven ability to prioritise and coordinate workloads, monitor and evaluate work, to ensure deadlines are achieved
Ability to motivate and lead small teams of specialist staff
