Industria Personnel are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for Machine Operative


Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for additional Machine Operative to operate their drill machine this will be to join their manufacturing team based in Hinckley on a temp-perm basis.


Working full time, 37.5 hours per week, the role will see you working predominately Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work (optional).

They have vacancies on their afternoon shift Monday-Thursday 4pm-12:30am Friday 1pm-6:30pm (Training will be carriedout on their day shift)


No prior experience or qualifications are necessary to join as a Production Operative, as full training will be provided to the successful applicant.

Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment would be an advantage.

As a Machine Operator, you will be expected to perform the following duties:

  • Operating machinery
  • Undertake relevant training
  • Adhere to Health and Safety rules and procedures
  • Packaging and loading cages as and when required
  • Maintain good housekeeping standards
Self-motivated, takes pride in their work and has good attention to detail. All whilst working as part of a dedicated team, creating fitted furniture using modern manufacturing machines.

Hourly Rate:
£11.00 rising to £11.99 after 12 weeks
