As an Administration Officer for the Kent Enablement at Home (KEaH Shepway Team, Kroner house Ashford ) you will be responsible for provid
ing telephone and face to face support to our staff that work in the community, undertaking timely accurate recording on multiple different bespoke systems
.
s collaboratively with internal and external partners and focuses on promoting a person
's independence
To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has:
- An empathetic caring approach, with the ability to remain emotionally resilient
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure
- Brilliant interpersonal skills and experience of working with people and challenging situations.
- Knowledge and understanding of computer based systems

The ability to travel across a wide geographical area in a timely and flexiblemanner at various times of the day is essential. You should note that public
transport is rarely a viable option as some rural areas of Kent often have limited public transport.
