As a
Finance Support Co-ordinator you'll provide financial support to the Business Units in relation to budgets, costing, client reporting, final accounts and job closures.

As well as ensure all financial aspects of a project run smoothly and accurately in accordance with the finance workflow.

This will be from proposal to final reconciliation of the event, covering all project finance elements including checking budgets, invoicing, PO requisitions, final account reconciliations and job closures.

Our office is based in Ashby De-La

  • Zouch, however we will provide the opportunity to work flexibly between the office and from home.

What you'll be doing
:


  • Ensure quality and accuracy of output in line with company financial policies and procedures
  • Ensuring specific client SLAs are met throughout the lifecycle of an event
  • Continually review job status and cash flow for all assigned events including raising advance deposits required for events
  • Continually review internal financial reports and update as required
  • Continually review Project Finance role in respect of purchase orders, invoicing, budgets, recosting, final accounts and internal financial reconciliations
  • Take responsibility for setting FX rates for assigned jobs
  • Manage the overall delivery for project final accounts in line with client and internal SLAs
  • Ensure relevant sign off procedures are followed
  • Support the Business Units to ensure finance files are in line with the file policy
  • Continually review processes to identify areas for improvement to increase efficiencies

What you'll need to have
:


  • Calm and exceptional organisational skills with the ability to work to strict deadlines whilst ensuring the highest standard of work
  • Numerate with excellent knowledge of excel
  • A focus on accuracy, consistency and dedicated to customer service
  • A commitment to getting it right, first time, every time
  • Ability to work within a team as well as independently
  • Be willing to adapt and work on a broad range of clients
