Skratch are specialists in the audio-visual industry and have extensive experience in maintaining and installing an array of audio, lighting and digital displays within our high-profile client base, both in the UK and beyond.
Essential Functions and responsibilities will include:
- Assist Project Managers with all administrative tasks relating to projects, by providing assistance with planning and project arrangements
- Be commercially aware when supporting with planning and purchasing for projects, working closely with Supply Chain.
- Have direct communication with clients and suppliers
- Minute taking of internal and external project meetings, where required
- Raise sales invoices on project completion
- Big change and Visual sales line management
- Resource scheduling, with support from Business Admin
- Regular checks on scheduled jobs to ensure relevant RAMS are attached
- Manage and chase completion of scheduled jobs, ensuring engineers are closing them down
- Create project specific audits
- Ensure all audits are completed to a high standard and capture the relevant information, feeding back issues to Project Managers
- Fleet allocation for scheduled jobs
- Arrange and manage lessons learned meetings, ensuring CIP actions are taken and implemented.
- Review and manage timesheets, sending a weekly report to HR
- Complete project P&L's to report back to Project Managers and higher management
- Work with the Stock Control Manager to ensure project stock is managed, moved and stored accurately both physically and on the CRM systems
- Liaise with Supply Chain to monitor delivery schedules and managing delays that may impact project timescales
- Book accommodation for staff members working away on site, working together with the Business Admin
- Manage incoming calls
Skills, Experience & Competencies:
- Competent in excel
- Ability to pick up CRM systems and various portals
- Professional, highly organised and able to communicate with various individuals
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
