The Supply Room is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a Specialist School in Lymington, Hampshire.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting students with their academic and social development, working on a 1-1 basis or within small groups.

The curriculum includes Life Skills, so a passion for helping others reach their full potential is essential.

Previous experience working with children or vulnerable adults is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a starting pay rate of £95-100 per day.

Working hours are 8:30am-4:40pm.

The role offers a 16-week temporary-to-permanent contract from day one, providing stability and security.

If you are punctual, reliable, and have a Maths & English GCSE, along with a long-term commitment to working in the education sector, we want to hear from you.
