Description
Mitie Telecoms are now leading providers of acquisition, design and construction (ADC) services, specialist managed services of temporary mobile infrastructure, and facilities maintenance for telecoms.
We are looking for someone to join our team based in Doncaster on a fixed term temporary contract for 6 months, covering maternity leave.
What is the main role of the Project Coordinator - Electrical
You will be providing
support
to the Electrical
Department, assisting with administration requirements
, along with
assisting with the planning and management
of electrical
engineers.
What are the Key Duties and responsibilities?
You will assist & coordinate operational elements of the electrical field projects, ensuring all daily requirements are met including monitoring progress in the field.
You will be compiling job packs for Engineers, completing Risk Assessments & Method Statements (RAMS), whilst ensuring handovers are received, checked & sent to the client.
Other tasks include, but are not exclusive to:
- Ordering materieal from electrical wholesalers.
- Assisting with planning electrical labour.
- Completing daily calls with field engineers providing updates to the Projects Managers & Heads of Departments.
- Liaison with clients and colleagues as part of the project coordination process.
You will have strong, demonstrable communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively, working with mínimal supervision.
Some desirable skills include:
- Experience with CRM platforms, mobile operator portals and SharePoint.
