Isaac James Associates has partnered with a rapidly growing business in Central Leeds to appoint a Group Finance Director.

This established business has enjoyed consistent profitable growth over the last decade, and the Group Finance Director will be a keypart of the Operating Board.


Your new role
As the Group Finance Director you will partner the executive team and your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Annual budgeting and forecasting
  • Management and financial accounting
  • Cash flow management and liaison with the Groups Banking Partners
  • Strategic analysis of operational and financial business performance
  • Business partner to CEO and board
  • Lead the statutory audit and reporting process.
  • Act as company secretary

What you'll need to succeed

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 10 years financial experience
  • Demonstrable experience of implementing process and controls in a fastpaced environment
  • Experience dealing with Financial Institutions and negotiating optimal banking and financing solutions
  • The ability to manage a large Finance team effectively, delivering a "no surprises" culture where teamwork and integrity is valued
