Job description
Trainee IVA Administrator Role:
You must have excellent attention to detail, good communication skills and the willing to learn the legislation around insolvency.
You will be required to engage with potential customers and show empathy and understanding of their personal circumstances, confirming their financial history and how they have arrived at their current situation.
IVA Administrator Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Identifying and discussing appropriate options with clients
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good telephone manner
- Highly organised
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work towards targets
IVA Administrator Benefits:

£18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
