Distribution Supervisor is required to organise and manage a busy distribution operation.
A salary up to £26,000 is offered and your duties will include:
- Management of team members time and attendance
- Provide coaching and feedback for your team, ensuring they have the skills, knowledge and tools to perform their duties.
- Recruitment of staff
- Take ownership of all general health & safety, wellbeing and compliance issues
- Ensure good process management is in place within them team as per the SOP's
- Performance management of your team including one to ones, clear objectives, measuring results and quality checks
Your skills
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office packages
- Previous warehouse and transport supervisory experience
- Food & Safety Level
- H&S Certification
- CPC Certificate
- FLT Licence
- Transport knowledge and experience with Foods and vans would be ideal.
