Are you an Operations/Distribution Supervisor who is looking for a role that will help to accelerate your career? Are you committed, hardworking and self driven? If so then this could be just the role for you

A
Distribution Supervisor is required to organise and manage a busy distribution operation.

A salary up to £26,000 is offered and your duties will include:


  • Management of team members time and attendance
  • Provide coaching and feedback for your team, ensuring they have the skills, knowledge and tools to perform their duties.
  • Recruitment of staff
  • Take ownership of all general health & safety, wellbeing and compliance issues
  • Ensure good process management is in place within them team as per the SOP's
  • Performance management of your team including one to ones, clear objectives, measuring results and quality checks

Your skills

  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office packages
  • Previous warehouse and transport supervisory experience
  • Food & Safety Level
  • H&S Certification
  • CPC Certificate
  • FLT Licence
  • Transport knowledge and experience with Foods and vans would be ideal.
