Do you have previous experience as a Pilot or Cabin Crew and are now looking for a full time non flying ground based role?


TAG Global Training are looking for a Training Instructor to join the team at Farnborough and support with the teaching of recurrent safety courses to Pilots, Cabin Crew and associated employees of UHNW individuals.

Training Co-Ordinator


We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Training Co-Ordinator in the TAG Global Training department at TAG Aviation UK.

In this client-facing role you will be the first point of contact for our clients and a role model for service excellence.

As theTraining Co-Ordinator you will ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day organisation of training courses and future planning, take client bookings and manage the reception area.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Meet and Greet all visitors to TAG Global Training
  • Mailbox management of Crew Training
  • Process all booking requests from TAG and 3rd party in a timely manner, including eLearning
  • Issue Terms and Conditions to new 3rd party clients
  • Process any adhoc booking requests
  • Ensure all Safety Equipment details are obtained for all students attending the relevant courses
  • Raise all Course Invoices, receive and process payments; including raising journals
  • Produce all Certificates for course attendees
  • Arrange catering for students
  • Advise Farnborough Airport Security of all visitors to TAG Global Training
  • Arrange ad hoc training
  • Actively promote TAG Global Training Courses
  • Filing and efiling
  • Coordinate and process all documentation for the TAG Academy in line with CAP 78
  • Ordering Stationery
  • Taking minutes for meetings as required
  • Provide support to Training Manager and Instructors where required
  • Responsible for Reception and Kitchen cleanliness

Essential:


  • Able to work with all levels of staff and demonstrate strong customer service skills
  • Diplomacy and confidentiality
  • Able and willing to promote the TAG reputation and image
  • GCSE Maths and English
  • Strong facetoface customer service background
  • Organised, positive and approachable with a 'can do' attitude
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and smart appearance

Desirable:


  • Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel
