Accounts Administrator - Doncaster - Temp ongoing - Competitive Salary
Clemence Rogers are currently recruiting for a Temporary Accounts Administrator based in Doncaster.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting the office with all relevant paperwork.
  • Data input, scanning, faxing & filing
  • Inputting and matching invoices
  • Checking of all Purchase Order confirmations from suppliers
  • Managing cash flow
  • Basic credit control duties
  • Assisting with the maintenance of the accounts ledgers
  • Responding to general client queries
  • Previous experience in an Accounts environment
  • Experience in Excel is advantageous
  • Must have excellent attention detail
  • Have good communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills including all Microsoft packages
  • Professional and able to multi task
  • Confident in speaking with customers over the phone and face to face
