Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
  • Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products and services
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals

Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
  • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
From £24,885.89 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
