We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team.As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products and services
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary:
From £24,885.89 per year
