Location:

Salary:
£28,000 to £30,000 per annum + Shift Premium (OTE £40,000)

Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Facilities Shift Technician on behalf of one of our clients.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • To support the continued safe and reliable operations of the Cleanrooms and R&D facilities on site.
  • Completion of documents and records for maintenance and reactive tasks.
  • Support the planned and preventative maintenance across all facilities infrastructure and building services, including
  • Air Handling Units and A/C Systems,
  • UPW and DIW Systems,
  • UPS Systems,
  • Emergency Generators,
  • HV and LV Electrical Systems,
  • Water Services and Waste Water Treatment Plants.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • HNC / HND / NVQ or equivalent in electrical / mechanical engineering.
  • HVAC, mechanical, electrical, utilities and plant services is desirable.
  • Broad experience in mechanical, electrical, instrumental and control systems and an understanding of basic principles.
  • Awareness of reactive and preventative maintenance systems.
  • Experience working with "trend" BMS system is desirable.
  • Experience of CMMS systems.
  • Ability to communicate clearly to maintain electronic and paper records.
  • Awareness of regulatory compliance requirements.
