Description

As a Protection Advisor, you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to clients on various protection products, including life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection.

You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and financial goals, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide suitable protection products that align with their financial goals and objectives
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support and advice throughout the lifetime of their policies
• Confidently advising on all products including life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection
• Keep up to date with the latest developments and products in the protection market, and advise clients accordingly
• Identify and build strong relationships with insurers and other key stakeholders in the protection industry
• Provide great customer service to new and existing customers over the phone, so having attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly, plus a positive attitude is a must.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results
• A deep understanding of the protection market, including life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection
• Experienced in an advised sales environment
• Strong relationshipbuilding and communication skills, with a clientfocused approach
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all aspects of work
• A selfmotivated and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines

£21,000.00-£60,252.84 per year
