Description

An established and well respected property company in West Hampstead, who pride themselves on the service they offer to clients and the local community, are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join its friendly and experienced team.

Reporting to the Director of the business and working in a small team, you will be responsible for looking after a portfolio of around 100 properties in the beautiful surrounding area.

The Property Manager will be responsible for all aspects of Property Management, including: property maintenance, repairs, property inspections, communication between landlord and tenant, and compliance.

The ideal Property Manager will have at least 3 years' experience in a Property Management role along with excellent customer care skills and charisma.

They will be extremely well organised and maintain excellent records.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

In return, the Property Manager will receive an annual salary of up to £45,000.
