Our client is a full-service, London law firm with 3 offices across the City.

The team are in need of an experienced immigration Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE to join the team to advise on areas of private client immigration and business immigration matters.

The role will consist of advising on the following areas:

Licensing as a sponsor with the Home Office and ongoing compliance with the sponsorship regime
Immigration routes by which entrepreneurs and business people can establish UK companies and secure residence in the UK
Immigration compliance audits
Challenging unlawful Home Office decisions
Immigration issues arising from corporate transactions and administrations
Immigration issues arising from adoption and surrogacy
Visitor visas

This is an exciting opportunity and you can expect to have significant client-facing, hand-on responsibility from the outset.

You can also expect to receive a good level of supervision as this team puts career development front and centre.

Requirement:

The firm does look for those with good academics, and so will only consider those who have achieved a 2.1 and above at university.
