AMC Hire are looking for a driven and proactive individual to join our team as a A62 LIFT SUPERVISOR.

AMC Hire (formerly known as A Mini Crane Hire) is a multi-disciplined crane hire company offering an efficient, safe and comprehensive service for all lifting solutions. Founded in 2009, the company has been growing strength by strength, year by year with continued investment into the hire fleet and fleet vehicles.

About the role:

You will be working on sites representing AMCH on a fulltime basis in a professional and safe manner, ensuring that method statements are read in full and are adhered to.
You must be familiar with all types of lifting, especially steel and glass as well as working with different cranes such as floor cranes, spider cranes, mobile and tower cranes.
Generally site hours are 8am5pm.
Travel Time Paid.
Overtime paid at 1.5x (Monday
Saturday)
Overtime paid at 2x (Sunday)
Night Shift and Weekend work may be required occasionally, but this is only and as when due to customer requirements.
Locations will vary day in day out due to customer requirements, but you must be able to commute to our depot in Hounslow TW4 6HB if required

Duties:

Carry out your duties in a safe and professional manner to represent the company in the best possible light to ensure the customer is satisfied with yours as well as the company performance on their project.
Ensuring that the lifting team on site is fully briefed on the lift plan to ensure that this is adhered to.
Check certificates (LOLER or PUWER) of items are in date prior to job start to ensure all items are safe to use.
Able to work flexible hours dependent on client requirements. You may be asked to stay overnight on some occasions due to the distance that the job may be.
