About us:
Buckingham Childrens home are looking for an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our new children's home.

You must share our passion in providing a nurturing and supportive approach to the care of young people, whilst promoting and maintaining our expectation of high standards and good practices.

Buckingham Childrens Home is based in Stratford, London and provides accommodation to 4 children/young people of both genders and ages 11-17.

Hours:
You will work on a rota system including, early, days, evenings, bank holidays and weekend working.

You will need to have a flexible approach to working hours, to ensure the needs of the home and its children, colleagues, and organisation are met

Qualifications:
Senior Support Workers MUST hold at least Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, or equivalent.

Successful applicant are required to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure satisfactory references checks.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
